About SKM Adult Ballet

Hi, I am Sarah, and I have been a Registered Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Ballet Teacher since 2019. Teaching Ballet to adults is my passion. I understand how important it is to be taken seriously as an adult dancer, supported properly, and taught with respect. I welcome every student with care and attention, whether they danced as children or are beginning ballet for the first time. My teaching is rooted in Classical RAD Ballet Technique, building creativity, performance, confidence, and enjoyment.

After years teaching Adult Ballet in Dublin and Kildare, I have now branched out on my own in Naas, Co. Kildare, to provide a safe dance space solely for Adult Ballet Dancers. My focus will be purely on the journey of the Adult Ballet dancer, whether that means weekly classes, exams or performances.

SKM Adult Ballet is a welcoming RAD Ballet School for adult students who want to learn, return to, or continue ballet in a supportive and structured environment. Classes focus on technique, posture, musicality, confidence, discipline, creativity, and enjoyment of movement.

Our aim is to create a positive learning space where adult learners feel encouraged, respected, and able to progress at their own pace. Whether a student is completely new to ballet or returning after time away, SKM Adult Ballet supports steady improvement through clear instruction, thoughtful practice, and individual care.
